Starcom International is built on more than two decades of experience at the intersection of strategic communication, diplomacy and global economic dialogue.
The journey began in 1996 with the creation of Starcom, a strategic communications and public relations agency founded by Ramatoulaye Diallo in Mali, Africa. For seventeen years the agency worked with institutions and organizations seeking to strengthen their international positioning and strategic communication.
After serving in government and participating in international initiatives, her work increasingly focused on Africa's role in global economic transformation.
In 2020 Starcom International was established in the United States as a platform dedicated to economic intelligence and strategic analysis.
Today the platform explores Africa's role in global supply chains, strategic resources and economic corridors shaping the future global economy.
